i made way too much marinae for my steak and chicken, so i boiled it down to see what would happen:
Marinade:
1/2 cup Dale's Marinade (sub 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/4 cup Worcestershire if you can't find it)
1/2 bottle good Irish Beer/Ale
2 Tbl Sp. pepper sauce (Tabasco, Red Hot, or your preference)
1 Tbl Sp. Oregano
2 tsp. Cheyenne
1 tsp. Rosemary
1 Tbl Sp. Garlic Powder
for BBQ Sauce add
4 Tbl Sp. Tomato Paste
and reduce by half
